Skara Brae, Orkney. This World heritage site is the remains of a 5000 years old neolithic village of 10 houses linked by roofed passages. It was inhabited continually for 600 years from 3100BC till 2500BC.
The view looking towards Bay of Skaill is of one of the hoses and shows the "dresser" on the main wall with shelving for display and storage with a stone seat in front.
